Terms of use
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms apply to the use of fiscale-eenheidsverzoek.nl, a service of Lowkey. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Based on the data you enter, the service completes the Belastingdienst forms for a request to form a corporate-income-tax fiscal unity (Part A, Part B and optionally Part C) and delivers them as a download. The eligibility check and filling in the wizard are free. To generate and download the completed forms you pay a one-off € 49 excl. VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout.
2. Not tax advice
The service is a tool and provides no tax or legal advice. The eligibility check is informational only and is no guarantee that a fiscal unity is available or will be granted by the Belastingdienst. If in doubt about your situation, consult a tax adviser.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter and for checking the generated forms. You must sign the forms by hand and submit them on time (within the statutory three-month period after the desired consolidation date) by post to the correct tax office.
4. Liability
Lowkey is not liable for:
- incorrect or incomplete data you entered yourself;
- rejection of the request by the Belastingdienst;
- missed deadlines or failure to submit the request on time;
- consequential, indirect or business damages.
Lowkey’s total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
5. Payment
The service is intended solely for business use by legal entities; it is not a consumer contract. Payment is handled by Stripe and the price is exclusive of VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout. The forms are digital content delivered immediately after payment. No refund is given after delivery, except where a technical fault prevents delivery; in that case we will contact you or refund the payment.
6. Third-party processing
We use third parties for company-data lookup, hosting and payment. See our privacy policy for the sub-processors and the processing of personal data.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
8. Changes
Lowkey may amend these terms. The date at the top of this document indicates the most recent version.
